Payment Terms

Charges on Your Billing Account

(A) General. Mental Health Tele.com bills you through an online account (your “Billing Account”) for use of the Services. By using our Services you agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when the Services are provided for any use of the Services by you or by any person using your Billing Account (including your agents). You authorize Mental Health Tele.com to charge the payment method you provide (your “Payment Method”) for any fees, co-pays, co-insurance, or other charges due for Services.

Charges may be collected in one or more transactions. In some cases the total payment may be divided into two parts: an initial charge at the time of appointment booking and the remaining charge immediately prior to the start of the appointment. We reserve the right to correct billing errors or update charges that were made in error, even if payment has already been processed.

Current Information Required

(B) You must provide and maintain current, complete, and accurate information for your Billing Account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full name, billing address, email address, and Payment Method details. You agree to promptly update your Billing Account information if it changes (for example, a new card number or expiration date).

You must notify Mental Health Tele.com immediately if your Payment Method is cancelled, lost, stolen, or if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We are not responsible for charges resulting from your failure to provide accurate or current information.

Payment Method

(C) Your use of a Payment Method is subject to the terms and conditions of the Payment Method provider (for example, your bank or card issuer). By providing a Payment Method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected Payment Method for purchases and you authorize us to charge that Payment Method for all fees and charges incurred through your Billing Account.

If a payment is declined or a chargeback is submitted, you remain responsible for the outstanding balance, and we may attempt to reprocess the payment. If we cannot collect payment, we may suspend or cancel your access to Services, and you will remain liable for any unpaid amounts. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution for declined or reversed payments.

Taxes, Fees & Adjustments

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with your use of the Services, other than taxes based on our net income. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. We may adjust prices for Services from time to time; any change in pricing will apply to future purchases and not retroactively to services you have already paid for.

Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policies are set forth separately in the Services and Booking Terms available on the site. Generally, charges for completed services are non-refundable. If you cancel an appointment within a time window that triggers a cancellation fee, that fee may be charged to your Billing Account. If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled by Mental Health Tele.com or your provider, we will follow the refund or credit procedures described in our Booking Terms.

Authorized Users and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all charges incurred by any user of your Billing Account, including family members or other persons who access Services using your account credentials. Do not share your password or other account access information. If you believe your account has been used without authorization, notify us immediately at the contact details below.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge, please contact us first so we may investigate and resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback with your card issuer without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account and could limit our ability to assist in resolving the dispute. You agree to cooperate with our investigation of any disputed charge.

Third-Party Payment Processors

We use third-party payment processors to handle credit card transactions and other payment methods. Your use of such payment methods is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor. By submitting payment information, you consent to our sharing that information with the payment processor for the purpose of completing the transaction.

Changes to Payment Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website or notifying you by email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Payment Terms.
